Greetings my friends,
The raw food community is always doing something awesome. If you haven't heard already, There will be a free online seminar October 19th-26th called Rawkathon. You must check it out. All of the raw food "Gurus" will be guest speakers. I have signed up and I have already listened to two bonus interviews, Dr. Patrica Bragg and also, Daniel and Philip McCluskey. It's not too late too late for you to join and download the bonus interviews.

Hello Group,
It has been pretty quite here for th past few months, however all of that is about to change. The holidays will soon be here. I don't know about you, but I get overwhelmed with food during this time. I still get haunted by the warm aromas of Thanksgiving and Christmas pasts. I have been raw for 2 years now and have been dedicated and successful. I think it would be a good idea to help support each other even more during the holiday season.

Always on the look out for others to share Raw living. I just can't get enough input when it comes to talking with people that have found what Raw eating can do in their lives. I also want to help others find the miracle :)
