It's Day 5 and I had to go shopping today. My refrigerator only holds three days worth of produce. The market, where I purchase all my vegetables and fruit has a good selection of organics. It's Day 4 and I was having some wild dreams last night. Stuff that I had tucked away and refused to deal with in life is surfacing in my dreams. I awakened this morning with a feeling of shame and embarrassment from what was happening in my dream. The message to me means I must deal with my stuff, no matter how uncomfortable I feel about it.
